Nanofabrication Organisation

The STnano nanofabrication platform is part of the Renatech+, the french nanotechnology facilities network. The ISO 9001-certified STnano platform consists of a 200 m² cleanroom with class 100 workspaces in a class 1000 environment. It is complemented by two laboratories, one dedicated to ebeam lithography (eFab) and the other to 2D materials (2DLab). STnano currently has all the equipment required for all nanostructuring processes. The platform's mission is to help laboratories and companies to carry out their projects in the field of nanofabrication.
